Refund Policy

At Oramira, we are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Should you wish to return an item, please review our policy below:

1. Return Deadline

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the shipping confirmation date.
  • Items must be returned in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Oramira reserves the right to refuse returns outside this deadline or if items fail to meet our return conditions. Refunds may be withheld until we receive the items or valid proof of return is provided.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To begin a return, contact our customer service team at oramira.contact@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or there was an error in your order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • The original shipping fee incurred at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
  • Items purchased with a discount of 15% or more or marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.

4. Footwear Returns

  • Footwear must be tried on over carpeted surfaces to avoid damage.
  • Returns must include the original shoebox and packaging, which should not be used as a shipping box. Shoeboxes must be placed within appropriate outer packaging.

5. Important Notes

  • Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of Oramira. Items not meeting our eligibility criteria may be rejected or incur a fee for cleaning, repair, or packaging replacement.
  • All items are quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days with images of the defect.
  • Refunds will not be issued for items deemed unfit for resale.
